Sometimes no matter what decision you make it will bring pain to yourself and others. Sometimes it's just a weighing out of right and wrong, and what you can endure. It's a responsible reasoning about how to be the most merciful to others and still not destroy yourself in the process. Decisions are heavy things, important things, life changing things. Decisions might be easier to run away from than to face but if you don't face them, the circumstances that force them on you will just recur again and again until you are forced to make a decision. The scary thing is, decisions can be wrong even when you are struggling to make the right one. God help me because I know my wisdom is inadequate, I've proven that to myself repeatedly. Failures are so often caused by wrong decisions and yet, the most anguished pain of all can be caused by making the right one.
